Hosting Charm Parties

I'm new to throwing "no host" parties, mostly lower level charms to help out new players. I noticed that I am very limited to the charms available for me to post. For instance, I really like the Bon Bonnie charm and wanted to post a party for it. It's just not available for me. I am level 60. Is there anything I can do on my end to be able to post it? UPDATE: I have received a reply to my post. I now know that have to change the theme of my suite to change charm selection.
