Reload screen
At a party or just in slots and reload screen comes up. I have cleared and updated everything. I'm not the only one this is happening to. Waiting for a party to start several friends had the same thing. VW are you doing some kind of update??

BEEN HAPPENING FOR AT LEAST A WEEK WITH ALL GAMES. HAVE NOT SEEN IT THIS BAD BEFORE. BEEN HERE FOR YEARS. VW IS MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO GAMES AND MIGHT HAVE TRIGGERED SOMETHING?

I agree with you Larry. I rarely got reload screen. But its been really bad since last week. I just now refresh hoping I would not get it. One minute later reload screen.

For me, this is a daily event, multiple times, over and over and over. The GREEN BOX OF DEATH ~ ERROR CODE 300 and nobody knows what it is. I can be anywhere within the game and it's funny how just when I'm ready to complete a game or win, boom, green box. This has been happening to me constantly for a few months now and never did before. I even went so far as to leave for a month because it was pointless trying to battle the error code. I have read, met, and exceed their connection guidelines, and still, no matter what, it happens constantly. THIS IS NOT ON MY END. I've read all the lame excuses like - "It's the internet because of Covid and so many people being online", yeah LMAO! Yet we keep coming back. I do hope something can be figured out, but VW will blame all of us as usual.

This has been happening to me as well. I will log in and reload screen before I can do anything. And it happened in slots several times in a 10 minute time frame. Happens on computer and on the mobile application for android.

Same as everyone above . 2 pages saying opps something went wrong. click on page 1 stay on page . and its gone then click on 2nd stay on page and then that one is gone and then i can play! This has been happing for the last week.!

Same here, It's been FOREVER even before the merge so I accept NO EXCUSE ! We all pay dearly to play here and I dont see VW paying me back for the Millions I lost on missed Bingos, Slots , .......right in the middle of your game you have to leave & come back in BOOM you just out on your winning NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!! this is not a free site we pay dearly have been long time loyal customers treat us as such!!!! NO EXCUSES!!!!

this is getting bad tired of getting kick out of a room cause it says to relaod. Its bad enough this sites cheats at bj but its evan worse when i do win a little i get booted . This place is going down hill and evan faster since they were bought.
