REFUNDS FOR GAMING PROBLEMS

  VW gives Refunds for coins bet when there is a problem and we have to Refresh to continue playing. But we only get so many per month. Last month, April, I ran out before the end of the month because of all the issues here at VW. Can you increase the number of refunds per month? I lost a lot of coins last month because of the limit. Thank You

  I'm very sorry, but there are no plans to increase the number of refunds you can receive due to disconnection errors.

  I GET SO UPSET WHEN PLAYING AND CW SAYS RESET GAME.  I AGREE YOU LOSE MORE THAN THEY GIVE BACK. DANG!!!!
