Reboot/Freeze Try These Fixes Part 1
Most windows users are probably using the 64-bit version. You can find out which version you have by going to computer properties. In explorer, right-click on computer or my PC and then select properties. If you see 64-bit, the next step is to ensure that you are running the 64-bit version of your web browser. VW recommends Chrome. However, Chrome does not automatically update. The easiest way to update Chrome to the best version is to create a Google account and sync Chrome so you will not lose any settings. Go to programs and features and completely uninstall Chrome. After uninstalling, a survey will pop up; complete the survey, and you will be asked if you would like to reinstall Chrome. Select reinstall, and it will default to the correct and newest version of Chrome, which should run faster.
