VW freezing when chatting
I have access to several high-end PCs (i9 extreme editions, 18 physical cores) with 128 GB of RAM, and 1 GB hardwired internet connections. I have Windows 11 and the latest nVidia graphics drivers. Everything is configured for high performance. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve the screen freezing issue. It occurs most frequently when I speak in public in a crowded room BUT also if I am in a room with another person. I believe it is bubble collision, but it also occurs when whisper chatting.
The minimum about of memory on any one graphic card is 16 GB. I have set chrome into debug mode but cannot interpret the log files. If someone is interested, I can send the log files out. I have tried different browsers and computers, the problem still occurs, so I don't think it is an issue with the users' computers. In addition, I am not the only one experiencing these problems.

Twice while in the same party I froze while trying to chat to thank the people in the room.
Any suggestions to fix this?

Typically, problems like this suggest a player's browser is running low on memory. Make sure you're not running any other apps or web tabs while you're playing Vegas World, and if you have particularly bad problems, try 'refreshing' by signing out of your account and back in before using a feature that's caused you problems. This will reset your browser memory, increasing the chances for a trouble free experience.

Thank you Samantha! I assure you that Chrome and Edge are not running out of memory. You may pass this advice onto others.
1. I am using the 64 bit versions of the browsers that ensure access to the system memory. Last night when I froze saying a single word, "back", at the shipwreck that had 4 ppl in it including myself. The laptop has 32 GB of ram that froze. I had 20 GB of RAM available during this freeze.
2. I also use the Great Suspender that decreases the resources used by any open tabs in Chrome. It seems to help with resources.
Lastly, because freezing is so common and the only way out is to close and reopen the Vegas World app, I end up resetting VW and chrome at least once an hour and sometimes more.
In closing, I would be happy to work with one of the tech's to troubleshoot these problems that are plaguing us.
