    YES AND IT STILL ISN'T FIXED. BLANK SCREENS WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE FREE GEMS OR THEY SAY NO OFFERS FOR  YOU AT THIS TIME. WHAT NO OFFERS FOR 2 MONTHS COME ON WHAT IS UP WITH THAT!!!

    When you click on the video it remains blank or it wont let you click on it. This has been going on for a few months now. I will NEVER pay for gems here they are messing up big time now.

    Why are they NOT allowing you to get free gems any longer??!!! For several weeks now when I go to try to load a short movie I get a BLANK screen. Or they say no offers at this time!!

    Same thing is happening to me as well. I cannot see anyone anywhere. I cannot find the answer to this problem
