Comp shuts down when I try to log into the old vw
3 days ago I logged into VW... everything was fine.. then all of sudden my screen went BLUE and my computer started dumping files. I put in a req to support but still have not gotten a respo...

Same here.. hopefully it will be fixed soon :) don't stress ... they will fix it. Hopefully they will fix the music also... it is terrible!!!
