I think they actually try to help I personally have had them deal with my problems but usually I'm on the short end, I've learned to accept that my problems don't mean anything to VW

Maybe 1st marina is right 8 hours a day for 6 years should be good for something maybe she puts no money into the coffers as I feel that if you do not spend any actual cash your chances of winning ...
